GOLDEN TREE COMMUNICATIONS ROLLS OUT CREATIVE NEW HSIA SPLIT FEE PROGRAM AT HITEC SHOW

No CAPex HIGH SPEED INTERNET Ownership - Winning Alternative to Traditional Revenue Share Contracts for the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore.

Dallas, TX. – (June 22, 2004) – Golden Tree Communications (HITEC Booth #423) today announced a new,  low risk, way for Full Service & Convention Hotels to acquire brand certified Wireless High Speed Internet Access for guest and meeting rooms.  While “revenue share” is nothing new, most programs give the advantage to the service provider.  Golden Tree’s flexible “REVved Share Profit Ownership” program frees the hotel from up front and monthly costs while returning more than half of the collected usage fees back to the hotel.  Importantly, the Hotel may apply up to 100% of their share toward an aggressively priced, interest free equipment purchase schedule potentially propelling the Hotel’s stake from 0 to 100% in 6 months.

“ Golden Tree has a tradition of providing exceptional performance and value in the High Speed Internet space.” says Rein Narma, Vice President, Sales for Golden Tree, “ Like the finely tuned engine in our mascot race car, we have REVved up the value in our business model to make it attractive to fine hotels like the Radisson Lord Baltimore.”

Golden Tree Wireless REVved Share Services will be deployed to all guest and meeting rooms at the Radisson Lord Baltimore Hotel during July of 2004.  "The Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore selected Golden Tree from several other wireless vendors because of their tenacious follow up in negotiating the agreement” says Earl Raven, General Manager for the Radisson Lord Baltimore Hotel, “And, most importantly their ability to be flexible and creative in supporting our requests to move to a revenue sharing plan which will allow us to pay off the principle from our wireless revenues and minimize our out of pocket capital funding."
