to the property and provide optional turnkey services that include 24/7 technical support, ongoing maintenance, back office or resident billing services for a low monthly cost.

Subscription Based Profit Share: Guest-Tek provides its quality turnkey broadband services direct to the residents for a monthly fee with no cost to the ownership. Ownership also enjoys a share of the profits while providing residents with a service previously unavailable to them.
